All payments and financial transactions are processed through:

By booking a tour or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

2. Booking & Reservation

Bookings can be made via:

• our website booking form
• WhatsApp or phone
• email communication

A booking is considered confirmed only after:

• availability is confirmed by us
• and payment (full or deposit) is received

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking if necessary.

3. Prices & Payment

• All prices are listed in EUR (€)
• Prices are per person (group tours) or per boat (private tours)
• Payment methods may include:
  • online card payment (Stripe / payment gateway)
  • bank transfer
  • cash on the day (if agreed in advance)

Depending on the tour, we may require:

• full payment in advance
  or
• a deposit with the remaining balance paid before departure

All payments are processed through DOO Bonaca Travel.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

✔ Free cancellation

You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the tour and receive a full refund.

❌ Late cancellation

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour are non-refundable.

🌊 Bad weather conditions

If the tour cannot operate due to unsafe weather or sea conditions, you will be offered:

• a full refund, or
• the option to reschedule your tour

5. Changes, Delays & No-Show

• Please arrive at least 15 minutes before departure time
• If you arrive late, the tour may depart without you
• In such case, the booking is considered a no-show and is non-refundable

We reserve the right to:

• slightly adjust departure time
• modify the route or stops
• replace a vessel with an equivalent one

if required due to weather, safety, or operational reasons.

6. Safety & Conduct on Board

For safety reasons, all passengers must:

• follow the skipper’s instructions at all times
• wear life jackets when instructed
• behave responsibly during the tour

We reserve the right to refuse boarding or terminate the tour for any guest who:

• is under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• behaves in a dangerous or disruptive manner

No refund will be issued in such cases.

7. Health & Medical Conditions

You must inform us in advance if you have:

• serious medical conditions
• pregnancy
• mobility or physical limitations

Our speed boat tours are not recommended for:

• pregnant women
• persons with serious back, neck or heart conditions

You participate at your own responsibility.

8. Children Policy

• Children are allowed only with adult supervision
• Recommended minimum age: 3 years
• Parents/guardians are fully responsible for children during the tour

9. Personal Belongings

Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings.

We recommend:

• not bringing valuable items
• protecting phones and electronics from water

We are not liable for lost or damaged items.

10. Liability Disclaimer

All tours are undertaken at your own risk.

Orion Speed Boat Tours shall not be liable for:

• injuries resulting from failure to follow safety instructions
• loss or damage of personal belongings
• delays caused by weather, traffic, or force majeure
• changes to itinerary due to safety conditions

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, branding, logo and design, is the property of Orion Speed Boat Tours and may not be used without written permission.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Montenegro.

Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Montenegro.
